Tina + Glen 🌨️🌸 A Cozy Michigan Elopement by the Lake
To start, Tina + Glen ditched the big wedding plans and embraced the moody magic of a Michigan lake elopement photoshoot at Lake Huron Metropark. The ice was just starting to melt, the trees still bare, and tiny signs of spring were peeking through the ground. It felt like nature was slowly waking up just for them. 🥹✨
Further, their story started in Ann Arbor, MI at school (yep, straight out of a rom-com 📚❄️), and from there, it was late-night calls, walking dogs together, and Tomukun noodle bar.
Bare Trees + Big Feels at Lake Huron Metropark 🌾💍
In addition, the park was quiet, just how they wanted it. A light breeze came off Lake Huron, and the chilly air made snuggles in between shots totally necessary. Tina rocked a long-sleeve lace dress and brought a knit shawl that Glen kept adjusting on her shoulders—cue the cuteness. 🥺
Their ceremony was simple and sweet, just them and their vows with the lake as their witness. We wandered the shoreline, found little puddles reflecting the soft pastel sky, and soaked up that quiet “just us” feeling. Glen even brought a thermos of hot cocoa—10/10, would elope with again. ☕
Why Lake Huron Elopements in Early Spring Hit Different
Overall, their early spring elopements had this cozy, hopeful energy—like you’re stepping into something new right as the world starts to bloom. Lake Huron Metropark offers peaceful lake views, open skies, and just enough wild to make your day feel like an adventure.
Finally, Tina + Glen’s day was proof: even in the in-between season, love shows up loud and clear. 💛
