Women’s Creative 6: Women’s Workout

To start, get ready for some serious inspiration, because the latest Women’s Creative meetup was pure magic! Women’s Creative is a New Jersey Women’s Community with the mission of creating a safe space for women to connect. WHAT A DAY, AM I RIGHT?!?! We teamed up with the incredible Miriam, owner of Dewy Lift. Our women’s workout was at Seven President’s Beach in New Jersey. It was everything we could have dreamed of and more.

Next, you know that feeling, right? That deep need to feel seen, truly seen, for who you are, for the creative soul you hold within? That’s the heart behind Women’s Creative. It’s exactly what blossomed during our sunset workout with Miriam (Dewy Lift). My idea for these meetups came from seeing the genuine need for women to connect, make new friends, and build business connections in a natural, organic way. Collaborating with amazing women like Miriam helps expand this vision, giving incredible business owners a chance to showcase their offers. This NJ women’s creative group is truly for women, by women, highlighting what we want and how we like to network.

We gathered at Seven President’s Beach, the sun dipping towards the horizon, painting the sky with the most gorgeous colors. Miriam led us through an invigorating workout, pushing us, inspiring us, and making us feel strong and empowered. It wasn’t just about moving our bodies; it was about moving together, encouraging each other, and feeling that incredible collective energy.

Post workout heart to hearts

Further, after we worked up a sweat, the real magic happened. Some girls jumped into the ocean in their workout clothes. It was so fun and beautiful enjoying the ocean while the pink sunset burst in the sky. After, we settled down on the beach, the waves gently lapping, and had the most incredible heart-to-heart. This is what Women’s Creative is all about! Creating those safe pockets where we can be authentic, where we can feel understood and celebrated for exactly who we are. There’s nothing surface level about what we do; it’s built to go deep, to get to the core, and allow you to share something you may not have shared with anyone before.

Overall, this women’s workout at Seven President’s Beach wasn’t just a fitness session; it was a powerful bonding experience. This New Jersey Women’s Community is supposed to let you leave your comfort zone in a group of like minded women. It was a beautiful reminder of the core mission: to feel safe. To find spaces where you can fully be yourself, feel seen, heard, and safe to unload whatever is holding you back. From my own lack of a safe space, of not feeling seen, of not feeling comfortable to unload what’s holding me back, this group was born. I see you. Come as you are, come as WE are. Don’t be anyone but you. Your authentic self is welcome here. We make room for you here.
