Mount Tammany, New Jersey

Okay, prepare yourselves for an adventure that was equal parts challenging, breathtaking, and filled with the kind of laughter only a best friend can bring! My incredible bestie, Sabrina, joined me for an epic day tackling the infamous Red Dot Trail at Mount Tammany in our beloved New Jersey. WHAT A HIKE, AM I RIGHT!?!?

This trail is no joke, friends – it’s a straight-up climb, a real leg-burner, but every single scramble and rock step was worth it. Sabrina was the absolute perfect model, showcasing not just the rugged beauty of the trail, but the sheer joy of pushing your limits with your favorite person. We were huffing and puffing, but also cracking up, cheering each other on, and soaking in every single moment of that lush New Jersey greenery. It felt like we were running around, having the absolute best time, and I just happened to have my camera documenting all the authentic, sweaty, triumphant moments.

The View of Delaware Water Gap

And the payoff? Oh. My. Gosh. The views from the summit overlooking the Delaware Water Gap are truly MAGICAL. Seeing the winding river, the sprawling forests, and the vast sky from that vantage point was just chef’s kiss. We spent ages up there, just soaking it all in, feeling like we were on top of the world. Every photo captures that raw, exhilarating feeling of accomplishment and connection.
