Their love story
Fran & Frank met on the playground š Or well thatās how they like to describe it š¤ Now, they had their autumn engagement in Thompson Park. Oh how time flies…
They both work in special education and thatās how their paths finally crossed in life. At a school event, in the gymnasium, was the first time they locked eyes āŗļø That led to them going out for a dollar store run together, and then a Starbucks coffee afterward (even though Frank doesnāt like Starbucks, he just wanted to spend more time with Fran š„¹)
That then led to their first āofficial dateā which was a sushi date (a wonderful first date if I say so myself š). Between more dates, dad jokes, becoming dog parents and Fran being the professional food tester to Frankās professional home chef cooking, they fell into a deep and beautiful love story.
Their engagement session in autumn
For their engagement session, they wanted to utilize their uniqueness and make it special to them. The first photos on the picnic with their precious Mia was so important for them. Their dog Mia is their world and they love her with all their heart. Frank wanted to incorporate his favorite drink as well.
We finished with a cheers and then Fran changed to her second outfit. Her beautiful green dress was a gorgeous contrast to the dark orange fall landscape. They wanted to also incorporate movement into the photos and walk around together.
Finally, we finished the shoot with Franās white dress outfit. We went into the woods to get more photos of them encircled in nature. The beautiful colors of fall: yellows, oranges and reds. It was so romantic and really emphasized the beauty of fall.
Fran & Frank (who have the best names as a couple in my opinion š„°), are truly beautiful life partners. Congratulations to this wonderful couple on their engagement š I canāt wait for your wedding next year!!!!! š„³š
Thompson Park, NJ in autumn
First, I love bringing my couples to Thompson Park in the fall so they can experience the beauty of the oranges, reds, yellow and spectrum of fall colors. Frank & Frank were so excited to experience this park, because they especially love fall and appreciate the magical nature that it showcases. We explored the woods, the paths through the fields, and enjoyed the golden hour sunlight. We pulled off the dreamy fall aesthetic we were hoping for in their engagement photos.
